摘要
研究了水性固化剂种类、聚灰比对水性环氧改性快速修补砂浆性能的影响,考察了水性环氧改性快速修补砂浆的粘结性能和工程应用情况。结果表明,当水性环氧与水性固化剂的固化时间与无机快硬胶凝材料的硬化时间相匹配时,水性环氧改性快速修补砂浆的力学性能最优;随着聚灰比的增大,水性环氧改性快速修补砂浆的抗折强度逐渐提高,而抗压强度则逐渐降低;该快速修补砂浆与干、湿基面均有较高的粘结强度,应用于混凝土表面浅层缺陷的快速修补工程效果良好。
The effects of the types of waterborne curing agent and the polymer-to-cement weight ratio on the properties of waterborne epoxy modified rapid repair mortar were studied,and the bonding properties and engineering application of waterborne epoxy modified rapid repair mortar were investigated.The results show that,when the curing time of waterborne epoxy and waterborne curing agent is consistent with the hydration time of inorganic fast hardening adhesive,the mechanical properties of waterborne epoxy modified rapid repair mortar are the best.With the increase of the polymer-to-cement weight ratio,the flexural strength of rapid repair mortar increases gradually,while the compressive strength decreases gradually.Waterborne epoxy modified rapid repair mortar has higher bond properties with both dry and wet interface.The water-based epoxy modified rapid repair mortar has been used in the rapid repair of shallow defects on concrete surface,and the effect is perfect.
