摘要
提出了多孔铝合金边框模具挤压的结构优化设计。从模具制造与挤压工艺、模具修理等多方面考虑,对表面缺陷问题进行全方位的排查并找出问题所在,提出科学合理的解决方案,从而为企业生产无表面缺陷的铝合金边框打好坚实的基础。
This paper proposes an optimized die structure design of porous solar frame profiles.With the consideration regarding die structure design,die manufacturing and extrusion process,die repair,etc.,we carried out all-round investigation on the superficial defects and find out the problem,and propose then proposed a scientific and reasonable solution,so as to lay a solid foundation for the high-quality and high-efficiency production of the solar cell frame.
