摘要
为研究羔羊睾丸支持细胞发育过程中的形态学变化,本实验以湖羊1-5月龄的羔羊睾丸为材料,采用常规石蜡包埋、组织切片技术,应用Olympus DP71显微镜照相系统和DP Control软件拍照获取图像,观察了睾丸支持细胞、生精细胞的的形态学变化,利用显微测微系统测量了支持细胞大小、数量、生精小管管径以及面积变化。结果表明性成熟前羔羊睾丸的解剖特征参数总体表现出左侧大于右侧;随着羔羊睾丸的发育,支持细胞的结构更加清晰完整,细胞体积逐渐增大,生精小管管径、睾丸支持细胞和生精细胞的数目都有增加,并没有在生精小管中发现圆形精子。性成熟之前,羔羊睾丸支持细胞的快速增长主要表现在生精小管直径显著性增大,随着羔羊睾丸生长发育,支持细胞的增殖能力增强,并对生精细胞的发育有一定的影响,本研究可为进一步研究不同季节及不同发情时期滩羊睾丸发育特征提供参考。
In this experiment,the testis of Huyang 1-5 months old lambs were used as materials to study the morphological changes during the development of lamb sertoli cells.Using conventional paraffin embedding and tissue sectioning techniques,and using Olympus DP71 microscope camera system and DP Control software to take pictures to obtain images.The morphological changes of the cells were measured using a microscopy system to measure the size,number,diameter and area of seminiferous tubules.The results showed that the anatomical parameters of the testis of pre-sexually mature lambs showed that the left side was larger than the right side.With the development of lamb testes,the structure of sertoli cells became clearer and more complete,and the cell volume gradually increased.The diameter of the seminiferous tubules,the number of sertoli cells and the number of spermatogenic cells increased,and no round sperm was found in the seminiferous tubules.Before sexual maturity,the rapid growth of lamb testicular sertoli cells is mainly manifested in the significant increase in the diameter of the seminiferous tubules.With the growth and development of the lamb testis,the proliferation ability of the sertoli cells increases and has a certain impact on the development of spermatogenic cells.The research can provide reference for further study on the characteristics of the testis development of Tan sheep in different seasons and different estrus periods.
