摘要
产业兴旺不仅能促进经济发展,还是推动区域城乡协调发展和乡村振兴的重要路径。在成渝地区双城经济圈建设的战略背景下,特色农业产业的高质量协同发展不仅有利于实现资源的有效配置,助推二三产业融合发展,还能有效提升区域农业现代化。研究以川渝地区柑橘产业为例,提出构建长江上游柑橘产业带,着重围绕绿色发展、供给侧升级、产业国际竞争力三条路径实施柑橘产业的高质量发展,最后从协同主体多元化、生产要素协同、产业链协同、市场协同等方面提出了川渝两地柑橘产业协同发展的相关建议。
Industrial prosperity not only promotes economic development,but also becomes the way to solve the coordinated development between urban and rural areas and rural revitalization.Under the strategy of twin-city economic circle in Chengdu and Chongqing,high-quality development of characteristic agriculture industry is conducive to effective allocation of resources,boosting integrated development of secondary and tertiary industries,and can effectively improve regional agricultural modernization.Taking citrus industry in Sichuan and Chongqing as an example,the paper proposes to construct a citrus industrial belt in the upper reaches of Yangtze River,focusing on three paths of green development,supply-side upgrading and international competitiveness of the industry.Finally,it puts forward some suggestions on the coordinated development of citrus industry in Sichuan and Chongqing from the aspects of diversification of cooperative subjects,coordination of production factors,coordination of industrial chain and coordination of market.
