摘要
论述了汽车中通道柔性生产线的设计,详细介绍了中通道柔性生产线的工艺布局和设备选型、快换夹具设计和控制系统设计。通过设计小车,实现不同车型夹具的快速切换;设计八角管补焊抓手,应用于机器人补焊,可实现生产线的多节拍切换与应用。
The design of flexible production line for automobile middle passage was discussed.The process layout and equipment selection of middle channel flexible production line were introduced in detail.The quick change fixture design and control system design was presented.Through the design of the car,the fast switch of fixture of different models is realized.The design of octagonal pipe repair welding gripper is applied to robot repair welding,which can realize multi-time switch and application of production line.
