摘要
广东省山洪灾害重点沿河村落雨量预警主要是将重点沿河村落的预警雨量关联至山洪灾害防治区内的自动雨量站,通过行政区划内多站均值方法,将其应用于目前广东省山洪灾害监测预警平台的雨量预警发布中。鉴于行政区划内多站均值并未考虑到小流域特征,将流域外无关联性雨量站也纳入计算,易导致预警偏差,本次细化预警机制,引入小流域内多站均值方法,为雨量预警更加合理、精确,更好地提供科学预警预报决策依据,保障人民生命财产安全。
In the practical application about rainstorm warming of mountain flood disaster in Guangdong province,it set up the connection between typical villages by the river and automatic precipitation stations through the method of multi-station means in administrative region.As ignoring factors of small watershed and calculating with extra automatic precipitation stations,it was more reasonable and accurate to apply multi-station means in small watershed instead if multi-station means in administrative region.Through the method of multi-station means in small watershed,it would be more scientific rainstorm early warming and forecasting of mountain flood disaster and guarantee the safety of people's lives and property.
