摘要
新冠肺炎疫情期间,北京协和医院积极探索“互联网+医疗”新服务模式,先后开通线上发热咨询和专科咨询,通过科学的组织管理,提升了医院应对突发公共卫生事件的服务能力,获得了良好的社会效益。通过总结线上咨询服务实践,分析存在问题,如法律风险与安全隐患、服务便捷性和医疗资源节约等,对未来发展提出建议,供医疗机构和相关部门借鉴和参考。
During the pandemic of COVID-19,Peking Union Medical College Hospital had actively explored the new service mode of"Internet+medical care",and successively opened online fever consultation and specialist consultation.Through scientific organization and management,the hospital had improved its service ability to deal with public health emergencies and obtained good social benefits.By summarizing the practice of tele-consulting service,the paper analyzed the problems,such as legal risks and safety risks,service convenience and medical resource conservation,etc.,and put forward suggestions for future development,which can be used as reference for medical institutions and relevant departments.
