摘要
搭载水基制热空调系统,车辆的除霜、除雾、采暖性能,与冷机启动后,水温升高速率和稳定温度密切相关。本文基于整车开发,以提升搭载小排量涡轮增压发动机整车采暖性能为目的,通过优化空调系统冷却液流量、鼓风机风量,保证整车采暖性能达成。
Equipped with water-based thermal air conditioning system,the defrosting,defogging and heating performance of vehicle is closely related to the rising rate and the stable temperature of engine water temperature.Based on the development of the vehicle project,aiming at improving the heating performance of the vehicle that equipped with a small displacement turbocharged engine,the article optimizes the coolant flow and blower air volume of the HVAC,to ensure the heating performance of the whole vehicle.
