摘要
为了适应社会发展需求,重庆交通大学以材料物理菁英班的方式从办学模式、人才培养目标、课程设置调整、管理制度、人才培养方式、教学模式等方面着手,对地方高校开展拔尖人才培养模式进行了有益的探索。实践证明,这些改革措施的实施为与重庆交通大学类似的地方高校开展拔尖创新人才培养提供了办学经验。
In order to meet the needs of social development,Chongqing Jiaotong University has made a beneficial exploration of training mode by Material Physics Elite Class on the mode of running a school,the goal of talent training,the adjustment of curriculum,the management system,the way of training talents and the mode of teaching,etc.The practice shows that the implementation of these reform measures providing the running experience for the similar local universities to develop the top-notch innovative talents training.
