摘要
随着中国出境旅游的蓬勃发展,有关中国出境旅游的学术研究成果不断涌现。既有研究仅基于英文或中文文献对中国出境旅游研究成果进行了梳理,难以窥探中国出境旅游研究的全貌。为了更系统和全面地把握中国出境旅游的研究进展,对来自“中国知网”数据库的242篇中文文献和Web of Science数据库的195篇英文文献进行了系统回顾。研究认为,当前中国出境旅游研究成果主要集中于出境旅游发展及政策调控、出境旅游需求及影响因素、出境旅游流向及形成机制、出境旅游者行为及管理、出境旅游效应等5个方面。中国出境旅游研究方兴未艾,未来可以进一步拓展出境旅游需求的研究内容、强化出境旅游效应的综合评估并加强出境旅游危机管理的研究。
Outbound tourism has gradually become an important consumer field for Chinese residents with the continuous enhancement of China’s overall national strength and the continuous improvement of national income.Chinese tourists have also become a market group that governments and tourism industry departments in various countries must pay attention to.Academic research results on China's outbound tourism continue to emerge with the vigorous development of China's outbound tourism.Existing research reviews only sort out the research results of China's outbound tourism from the perspective of English literature or Chinese literature,and it is difficult to get a glimpse of China's outbound tourism research.In order to more systematically and comprehensively grasp the research progress of China's outbound tourism,this article systematically reviewed 242 Chinese literatures from the CNKI database and 195 English literatures from the Web of Science database.The research shows that the current research results of China's outbound tourism are mainly concentrated in five aspects.First,China's outbound tourism development and policy regulation.The Chinese outbound tourism market has experienced stages of trial development,moderate development,standardized development and orderly development.At the same time,the academic community conducted useful discussions on the development speed of outbound tourism and its policy measures.Second,the demand for outbound tourism and its influencing factors.Related research is mainly carried out from the influencing factors of outbound tourism demand and the development potential of the outbound tourism market.Third,the direction and formation mechanism of outbound tourism flow.Related research mainly includes the time-space structure and the formation mechanism of outbound tourism flow.Fourth,the behavior and management of outbound tourists.Existing research focuses on the outbound tourists'travel motivation,travel experience,high consumption behavior and uncivilized behavior.Fifth,the effect of outbound tourism includes economic impact,political impact,cultural impact and social impact.On the whole,China's outbound tourism research is still a research field with a broad development space.In the future,it can be expanded from the following aspects.First,expand the research content of outbound tourism demand,including examining the alternative relationship between outbound tourism and domestic tourism,enriching the research on factors affecting outbound tourism demand,grasping the frontier trends of outbound tourism consumption demand,and gradually transforming from the macro level to the micro level.Second,strengthen the comprehensive evaluation of the effects of outbound tourism,including examining the impact of outbound tourism on the world tourism economy,in-depth study of the political and diplomatic effects of China’s outbound tourism,strengthening the study of the effects of outbound tourism on the external cultural communication,and exploring the relationship between outbound tourism and people’s well-being relationship.Third,strengthen research on outbound tourism crisis events,including paying attention to the impact of crisis events on outbound tourism demand,strengthening research on outbound tourism safety and rescue mechanisms,and exploring the recovery of outbound tourism after the COVID-19 epidemic.
