摘要
基于动态三维模型建模技术、数据信息融合技术以及协同管理技术,融合煤矿安全、生产、经营的结构化和非结构化数据,构建了煤矿智慧矿山三维智能管控系统,介绍了系统的总体架构设计和功能架构设计,详细阐述了包括三维数据处理、三维漫游浏览、资源储量管理、生产仿真与管理、通风动态管理、六大系统监测、事故模拟与分析以及应急救援指挥等系统模块实现的具体功能和模块设计,并对系统采用的关键技术进行了阐述。通过在陕西榆林能源集团有限公司杨伙盘煤矿等用户的实际应用表明,煤矿智慧矿山三维智能管控系统能够真实反映各管理要素的空间位置关系,能够实现全矿井监测、控制、管理、保障的一体化动态管理,提升煤矿安全生产管理水平和生产效率。
On the basis of dynamic 3D modeling technology,data information fusion technology and collaborative management technology,the intelligent mine 3D intelligent management and control system for coal mine was constructed by integrating the structured and unstructured data of coal mine safety,production and operation.The overall architecture design and functional architecture design of the system were introduced,and the specific functions and module design were elaborated in detail,which were achieved by the system modules,such as 3D data processing,3D roaming browsing,resource reserve management,production simulation and management,ventilation dynamic management,six systems'monitoring,accident simulation and analysis and emergency rescue command,and the key technologies adopted in the system were described.The practical application results in Yanghuopan Coal Mine of Shaanxi Yulin Energy Group Co.,Ltd.showed that the intelligent mine 3D intelligent management and control system for coal mine could truly reflect the spatial position relationship of each management element,realize the integrated dynamic management of the whole mine monitoring,control,management and guarantee,and improve the management level and production efficiency of coal mine safety.
