摘要
随着城市的快速发展以及城市规模的不断扩大,大量人口涌入城市,导致市容环境不断恶化的同时,也为市容环境的管理带来了新挑战。利用地理信息系统(GIS)、连续运行卫星定位服务参考站(CORS)高精度定位、无线通信等先进技术,结合城市管理对象精确定位的万米单元网格法,开发了市容环卫数字化管理平台,实现市容环境案件管理、部件管理以及行政处罚管理等功能,让城市管理从粗放到精细、从静态到动态、从开环到闭环、从分散到集中的转变,全面提高市容环境管理水平。
With the rapid development of the city and the continuous expansion of the city scale,a large number of people pour into the city,which leads to the deterioration of the city appearance and environment,and brings new challenges to the management.In this paper,using GIS,CORS precise positioning,wireless communication and other advanced technology,combined with thousands meters unit grid method for city management object accurate positioning,a city sanitation digital management platform was developed for case management,city parts management and administrative penalty management,etc.,which made the city from extensive management to fine,from static to dynamic,from open loop to closed-loop,from scattering to centralizing,and improving environmental management level of the city.
