摘要
直接利用青稞酒对红景天有效成分进行了超声波提取,通过正交实验,确定其优化工艺条件。结果表明:超声波法的最佳提取条件为:超声功率80W,43%vol青稞酒,料液比为1∶20,提取时间20min,提取2次。
The effective components of Rhodiola were extracted by ultrasonic wave from highland barley wine.The result indicated that the optimum conditions that ultrasonic irradiation power 30w,43%vol barley wine,solid-liquid ratio 1∶20,20min extraction time and extraction 2 times.
