摘要
青年公寓作为一种过渡的建筑形式,通过租赁或购买的方式,有效解决了城市化背景下大中型城市大量外来人口的居住问题。但传统的宿舍式青年公寓已不能满足当代年轻人的要求,因此,该文通过对厨房和餐厅的一体化设计,将卧室与休闲区域、办公区域的功能区合并,提高单个功能空间的使用率;在居住智能化设计方面,优先使用手机一键控制家用电器。希望通过探讨公寓的室内空间设计,为当代年轻人设计出功能分区明确、空间叠加利用的青年公寓。
Through the transitional building form of youth-targeted apartment,large numbers of migrants in large and medium-sized cities can effectively solve their housing problem by means of renting or purchasing one in the urbanization context.However,the traditional dormitory-style youth-targeted apartments no longer sustain new demands of the young nowadays.Given this,this paper proposed an integrated design for the kitchen and the dining room,aligning the bedroom with the functional areas of the leisure and office areas,so as to increase the utilization rate of every single space.In terms of intelligent living design,mobile control over household appliances is given the priority to consider.It is hoped that through the discussion of the interior space design for the youth-targeted apartment the ones with clear functional zoning and superimposed use of space can be designed for contemporary young people.
