摘要
以山西省4所高校的632名体育专业往届毕业生为研究对象,对其就业情况进行研究与调查。结果显示,山西省高校体育专业往届毕业生的就业率较高,毕业生从事的工作多与体育专业无关,体育专业毕业生的就业市场活跃度低。建议山西省政府应优化就业环境,高校应创设“综合性人才培育体系”,提升毕业生个人素质与个人竞争力,同时,学校也应鼓励学生进行自主创业,为体育专业毕业生创造优良的就业氛围。促进高等院校搭建起毕业生就业指导工作体系,优化体育专业毕业生的就业思路,协助毕业生制定个人职业规划,进而为体育专业毕业生更好地适应社会发展夯实基础。
Taking 632 past graduates majoring in physical education from 4 universities in Shanxi Province as the research objects,this paper conducts research and investigation on their employment situation.The results of the study show that the employment rate of college graduates majoring in physical education in Shanxi Province is relatively high,but most of the jobs that graduates are engaged in have nothing to do with the physical education major,and the employment market for physical education graduates is low.It is suggested that the Shanxi Provincial Government should optimize the employment environment,and that colleges and universities should create a^comprehensive talent cultivation system^^to improve the personal qualities and competitiveness of graduates.At the same time,schools should encourage students to start their own businesses and create excellent products for sports graduates.Employment atmosphere.This will not only promote the establishment of a graduate employment guidance system for colleges and universities,optimize the employment ideas of sports graduates,but also assist graduates in formulating personal career plans,so as to lay a solid foundation for sports graduates to better adapt to social development,basis.
