摘要
目的对比常规伤口护理与综合性评估+个体化治疗在糖尿病慢性伤口中的应用效果。方法选择2018年11月至2020年3月住院治疗的100例2型糖尿病(T2DM)慢性伤口患者,以单盲随机抽样法分为参照组和试验组,每组50例。参照组采用常规伤口护理,试验组采纳综合性评估+个体化治疗,对比2组PUSH评分、伤口面积、伤口愈合时间、SLC-90评分。结果试验组干预4周后PUSH评分、伤口面积、SLC-90评分均低于参照组(P<0.05),试验组创面愈合25%、50%、75%、100%所需时间均短于参照组(P<0.05)。结论综合性评估+个体化治疗可促进糖尿病慢性伤口患者伤口愈合,改善生活质量,值得借鉴。
Objective To investigate the application effects of conventional wound care and comprehensiveness evaluation combined with individualized treatment in treatment of diabetic chronic wounds.Methods One hundred patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)chronic wounds who were treated in our hospital from November 2018 to March 2020 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by routine wound care,however,the patients in experimental group were treated by comprehensive assessment+individualized treatment.The PUSH score,wound area,wound healing time,and SLC-90 score were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After 4-week intervention,the PUSH scores,wound area,and SLC-90 scores in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05),and the time of 25%,50%,75%,and 100%wound surface healing in experimental group significantly shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive evaluation+individualized treatment can promote the wound healing and improve the life quality of patients with diabetic chronic wound,therfor,it is worthy of clinical application.
