论高等师范院校高质量内涵式发展的逻辑思路 被引量:1

Logical Reasoning of High-quality Connotative Development for Normal Universities

摘要 高等师范院校肩负着“教教人之人,育育才之才”的特殊使命,其发展状态、质量成效直接关系我国的教育发展和人才队伍建设。文章在分析高质量内涵式发展基本内涵与特征的基础上,从高等师范院校发展的客观规律、内涵建设的路径选择、高质量发展的内在要求等方面论述并明确内涵式发展是高等师范院校实现高质量发展的逻辑选择,并运用因果联系、矛盾分析、肯定否定的分析方法,提出强化发展的内在动力、优化发展的顶层设计、深化发展的师范传承等高等师范院校高质量内涵式发展的逻辑思路。 Normal Universities are responsible for the special mission of“teaching future teachers and educating future educators”.Their state of development and quality effectiveness are directly related to China’s educational development and talent team building.From the objective law of the development of normal universities,the path selection of connotation building,and the internal requirement of high-quality development,this paper analyzes the basic connotation and characteristics of high-quality connotative development,and clarifies that connotative development is the logical choice for the high-quality development of normal universities.Meanwhile,such approaches as causality,contradiction analysis,and positive and negative analysis are employed to form the logical reasoning that strengthening the internal motivation,optimizing the top-level design,and deepening the educational transmission of development are necessary means to facilitate the high-quality connotative development for normal universities.
