摘要
机械化水平提高,使得金属构件变得越来越复杂,利用传统的一体化加工工艺已经无法满足加工精度的要求为此,研究一种大型数控铣床金属构件的分体加工工艺。该工艺关键在于将金属构件先进行分体操作,使得复杂的金属构件简化化,然后再按照一般加工工艺进行加工,最后将分体利用焊接工艺组合在一起,形成一个完整的金属构件。结果表明:与一体化加工工艺相比,分体加工工艺生产出来的齿轮构件精度更高,达到了研究目的。
With the improvement of mechanization level,the metal components become more and more complex,and the traditional integrated processing technology has been unable to meet the requirements of processing accuracy.Therefore,a kind of split processing technology for metal components of large CNC milling machine is studied.The key of the process is to separate the metal components to simplify the complex metal components,then process them according to the general processing technology,and finally combine the separated parts with the welding technology to form a complete metal component.The results show that:compared with the integrated processing technology,the precision of gear components produced by the split processing technology is higher,and the research purpose is achieved.
