摘要
分析低分子肝素钙与阿司匹林抗凝预防四肢骨折血栓形成及对血清可溶性血管细胞黏附分子1(sVCAM-1)、高迁移率蛋白1(HMGB1)的影响。研究发现低分子肝素钙与阿司匹林均能较好的预防四肢骨折患者血栓形成,降低血清sVCAM-1、HMGB1水平而促进患者康复,低分子肝素钙效果优于阿司匹林。低分子肝素钙能降低微血管通透性血小板抑制能力预防血栓形成,且使用时无需监测;阿司匹林通过抗血小板凝聚预防血栓形成,但使用时需要监测,且长期使用会产生副作用。
The purpose of this study was to determine the efficacy of anti coagulation therapy with low-molecular-weight(LMW)heparin calcium and aspirin for prevention of thrombosis in limb fractures and their effects on serum soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule 1(sVCAM-1)and high mobility group box 1(HMGB1).The study showed that either LMW heparin calcium or aspirin can reliably prevent thrombosis in patients with limb fractures,reduce serum sVCAM-1 and HMGB1 levels,and promote patient recovery.The efficacy of LMW heparin calcium was better than that of aspirin.LMW heparin calcium was shown to prevent thrombosis by reducing microvascular permeability and platelet inhibitory action,without the need for monitoring during use.On the other hand,aspirin was shown to prevent thrombosis by suppressing platelet aggregation,requiring monitoring in use,may be associated with adverse effects during long-term administration.
