摘要
为了实施压水堆核电厂燃料组件装卸设备的载荷保护功能验证试验,采用全新思路开发一套完整的水下负载、超载、欠载一体化动态试验的解决方案,并设计加工相应的试验装置以满足方案的实施;提出并解决了实际工况验证、一体化验证、动态验证、浮力计算修正、制动距离测量等问题,并在实际应用中得到验证,取得良好效果。该试验方案进一步降低了燃料组件装卸过程中组件拉伤导致燃料包壳破损从而引发放射性物质泄漏的风险。
In order to implement the load protection function verification test of the fuel assembly loading and unloading equipment in PWR nuclear power plants,a new idea is adopted to develop a complete underwater load,overload,and underload integrated test solution,and the corresponding test device is designed to meet the implementation of the program.The problems of actual working condition verification,integrated verification,dynamic verification,buoyancy calculation correction,braking distance measurement,and etc.were proposed and solved,and they were verified in practical applications and achieved good results.The test further reduces the risk of damage to the cladding caused by component strain during the loading and unloading of the fuel assembly,which will cause the leakage of radioactive materials.
