摘要
解决面板裂缝问题一直是面板混凝土研究的主要方向,本文以抽水蓄能电站工程为例,针对耐碱玻璃纤维在混凝土抗裂性能方面明显优于聚丙烯合成纤维的特点,进行了耐碱玻璃纤维面板混凝土的配合比试验研究。通过混凝土抗压强度、劈裂强度、抗折强度、弹性模量、早期抗裂能力、抗冻性能、抗渗性能等试验结果比较,优化耐碱玻璃纤维面板混凝土配合比,为设计和施工提供技术参考。
Solving the problem of panel cracks has always been the main research direction of panel concrete.Taking Pumped Storage Power Station as an example,this paper carried out the mix ratio test of alkali-resistant glass fiber panel concrete according crete.By comparing the test results of compressive strength,splitting strength,flexural strength,elastic modulus,early cracking resistance,frost resistance and impermeability of concrete,the mix ratio of alkali-resistant glass fiber panel concrete is optimized to provide technical reference for design and construction.
