摘要
采用Innov-X便携式XRF分析仪对不同钨冶炼工艺过程中产生的苏打渣、氟盐浸出渣、净化渣等进行三氧化钨的快速分析研究,拓展了该类仪器在金属冶炼的应用。讨论分析方法及测定条件及影响因素分析,对工作曲线进行拟合,其方程为Y=1.0099X,R2=0.9946,实际样品的加标回收率为97.8%~101.5%,本法样品测定值与化学方法样品值的相对偏差小于4.22%,相对标准偏差(R SD)小于0.07%(n=6)。该法测定钨冶炼渣中三氧化钨的准确度和精密度良好。
The InnoV-X portable XRF analyzer was used to analyze the soda residue,fluorine leaching residue and purification residue produced in different tungsten smelting processes.The application of this kind of instrument in metal smelting was expanded.Discusses the analysis method and the determination condition and the influence factor analysis,and makes the fitting to the working curve.The results showed that the content was within the range of the identified values,and the recoveries of the actual samples were 97.8%~101.5%.The relative deviations between the measured values of this method and those of the chemical method were less than 4.22%,and the relative standard deviations(RSD)were less than 0.07%(n=6).The experimental results show that this method has good accuracy and precision for the determination of tungsten trioxide in tungsten smelting slag.
