摘要
越江盾构隧道本身的工程风险巨大,由于地质条件的复杂性导致每个隧道工程都具有独特性和众多工程难点,亟需更多的施工技术积累和经验总结。依托新建重庆至黔江铁路长江隧道工程,在分析工程场区地质条件与水文地质条件的基础上,结合盾构段泥岩吸水膨胀结饼、砂岩磨损刀具严重、盾构与矿山交接处始发洞与接收洞施工等实际工程重难点问题,选取复合泥水平衡盾构机,采取合金柱保护措施降低砂岩中石英颗粒对刀具的研磨,采用半仓法掘进降低结泥饼概率,盾构始发洞和接受洞采用正洞与支洞相结合进行成洞方法,所提出施工关键技术有效地克服了泥饼固结、掘进速率低问题,解决了始发洞和接收洞的施工难题。研究成果为确保长江隧道盾构段的安全、快速掘进提供了保障,同时丰富了越江盾构隧道施工经验,可为同类地层隧道施工提供参考和借鉴。
The engineering risk of river crossing shield tunnel itself is huge,and due to the complexity of geological conditions,each tunnel project has unique characteristics and many engineering difficulties,so more construction technology accumulation and experience summary are urgently needed.Based on the analysis of the geological and hydrogeological conditions of the Yangtze River tunnel project on new Chongqing-Qianjiang Railway,combined with the key and difficult problems of the actual project,such as mud cake formation by mudstone swelling,serious tool wear of sandstone,and the construction of the starting tunnel and receiving tunnel at the junction of shield and mine,the composite slurry balance shield machine is selected,the alloy column protection measures are adopted to reduce the grinding of quartz particles in sandstone to cutting tools,the half BIN method is adopted to reduce the probability of mud cake formation,and the method of combining main tunnel with branch tunnel is adopted for shield launching tunnel and receiving tunnel.The key construction technologies proposed in this paper effectively overcome the problems of mud cake consolidation and low driving speed,and solve the construction difficulties of launching tunnel and receiving tunnel.The research results provide a guarantee for the safety and rapid excavation of the shield section of the Yangtze River tunnel,enrich the construction experience of the shield tunnel across the river,and provide reference for the construction of tunnels in similar strata.
