用于TRC基材的RPC-SCC试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 在制备出RPC130活性粉末混凝土基础上,以自密实性能为指标,调整水胶比及减水剂掺量,试拌出坍落扩展度达660 mm、扩展时间T500<6 s等自密实特性符合现行标准要求的活性粉末-自密实混凝土(RPC-SCC)。养护方式采用28 d标养及热养(90℃热养3 d后转标养7 d),检测试块强度分别达到85.7 MPa及90.3 MPa。将RPC-SCC与碳纤维编织网结合制做纤维编织网增强混凝土(TRC)薄板件,进行纤维及混凝土基材间拉伸黏结性能测试,结果表明其与纤维材料黏结性良好,且热养件拉拔试验力高于标养件。 Based on the preparation of RPC130 reactive powder concrete,taking self-compacting performance as index,adjusting water binder ratio and water reducing agent dosage,the Reactive Powder Self-compacting Concrete(RPC-SCC)with slump-flow 660 mm and slump-flow time T500<6S was prepared.The curing methods were 28 d standard curing and hot curing(heat curing at 90℃for 3 days and then turning to standard curing for 7 days).The strength of test blocks reached 85.7 MPa and 90.3 MPa respectively.The bond property between RPC-SCC and carbon fiber textile was investigated on the base of pull-out test of Textile Reinforced Concrete(TRC,for short)slab.The results showed that the RPC-SCC had high adhesion with carbon fiber textile,and the pull-out test force of heat cured parts was higher than that of standard curing parts.
