摘要
消防队伍改革转制后,在过渡时期制度还未健全,队伍专业救援能力如何适应新体制,如何取得更好的发展,有待全体消防同仁研究思考,本文从分析改革转制后队伍执勤、训练、作战现状,分析当前存在的制约战斗力建设的突出问题,探索研究改进的措施。
The reform and transformation of the fire brigade bring about such questions as how to improve the unsound system in the transitional period,how to adapt the rescue capability to the new system and how to achieve better development.This paper analyzes the existing problems restricting the construction of combat effectiveness based on the current situation of duty,training and combat of the team after the reform and transformation,and explores the ways for improvement.
