摘要
目的:回顾性分析62例新型冠状病毒肺炎(Corona Virus Disease 2019,COVID-19)(简称新冠肺炎)患者的临床资料,观察综合护理模式的临床应用效果。方法:选取某感染隔离病房收治的新冠肺炎患者62例,给予基础护理、心理护理、发热护理、吸氧护理、呼吸机护理、饮食护理等综合护理模式,观察护理后转归。结果:62例患者中,治愈出院8例,好转51例,转重症2例,死亡1例。所有患者对于疾病均有了一定的认知,能积极有效地配合临床治疗。结论:在大众对疾病的发生、发展及治疗过程认识不足的情况下,综合护理模式可减少患者的恐慌情绪,有利于患者的恢复。
Objective:By retrospectively analyzing clinical data of 62 COVID-19 patients,to observe clinical effects of comprehensive nursing mode.Methods:All 62 patients admitted to the infection isolation ward were chosen,they received comprehensive nursing mode including basic nursing,psychological nursing,fever care,oxygen care,ventilator care,dietary care and others,to observe the recovery condition after nursing.Results:Eight patients were cured and discharged,51 were improved,two turned to severe cases and one died among 62 patients.All the patients have a certain understanding to the disease,they can actively and effectively cooperate with clinical treatment.Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing mode could reduce panic and help the patients recover in the case of lacking the public′s understanding to the incidence,development and treatment of the disease.
