摘要 根据当前雷达数据作为空管自动化系统单一监视源的现状,提出了一种在自动化系统接入ADS-B数据后的处理流程以及与雷达数据进行融合的处理办法,根据两种监视源的特点,对数据进行分类处理,对传统算法进行合理、灵活地调整,优化目标融合效果,对于目标融合使用了基于场景的模糊层次分析法,通过验证结果表明,ADS-B数据引入并参与自动化系统的多监视源数据融合后,实现了低空区域及无雷达覆盖区域的监视,系统在雷达数据处理,飞行计划与航迹相关,告警功能都得到了进一步优化。 Based on the current status of radar data as a single monitoring source for ATC automation system,a processing flow after ADS-Bdata which was joined into the automation system and a processing method for radar data fusion was presented.According to the characteristicsof the two monitoring sources,the data was classified and processed,the traditional algorithm was adjusted reasonably and flexibly,and theeffect of target fusion was optimized.Scene-based fuzzy analytic hierarchy process was used for target fusion.The result of validation showsthat ADS-B data can be used to monitor low altitude areas and areas without radar coverage after it is introduced and participated in the datafusion of multiple monitoring sources in the automation system.At the same time,it shows that the system has been further optimized in radardata processing,flight plan is related to track and warning function.
