摘要
针对主轴电机冷却系统中流道结构对温升影响的问题,介绍了KX-1主轴电机数字样机基本结构,对其进行了热源分析和传热计算。针对冷却系统设计了单螺旋流道、双螺旋流道、轴向直流道、阵列微流道4种冷却流道,并对4种冷却流道的模型进行了ANSYS CFD仿真分析。结果表明,轴向直流道在流经的整个区域未出现明显的相对高温区,比较其他3种流道具有更好的均匀降温特性。从制造工艺角度考虑,轴向直流道实现量产是可行的。以上仿真分析可为下一步对KX-1主轴电机数字样机的改进和物理样机试制提供参考。
In view of the influence of flow channel structure on temperature rise in spindle motor cooling system,the basic structure of KX-1 spindle motor digital prototype was introduced,and the heat source analysis and heat transfer calculation were carried out.For the coolingsystem,four kinds of cooling channels were designed,including single screw,double screw,axial turn back straight-flow and array micro flow.The models of the four cooling channels were simulated and analyzed by ANSYS CFD.The results show that there is no obvious hightemperature region in the whole flow area of the axial reentry channel,and it has better uniform cooling characteristics than the other threechannels.In addition,the structure of the axial turn back straight-flow channel is not complicated,and it is feasible to realize mass productionfrom the perspective of manufacturing technology.The above analysis can provide reference for the improvement of KX-1 spindle motor digitalprototype and the trial production of physical prototype.
