摘要
为消除以往采用分行业、分专业管理养护的方式进行市政基础设施管理存在的弊端,发挥统一管理、统一配置资源的优势,对市政设施综合养护体系进行研究。通过对上海市在综合养护方面所作的探索进行分析,探讨物联网、大数据和智能技术等在市政设施综合养护领域的应用,实现养护管理精细化、数字化和智慧化,为决策者提供强有力的数据分析和决策依据。通过智慧养护技术的应用,使市政基础设施管理由传统的管理模式向高效科学的新管理模式转变,大幅提升城市的承载能力。
The management and maintenance of various city infrastructure facilities are current divided and separately assigned to institutions in related fields.The weakness of current system is analyzed and the way of unifying the management is studied.The technologies,such as internet of things,big data,intelligent equipment are investigated and introduction of them into the management and maintenance of city infrastructure facilities are studied.The effects of introducing these technologies into the city facility management and maintenance system are discussed.
