摘要
断路器是交直流输电系统中的关键设备,在交直流输电系统的运行中,断路器设备不仅故障频次高、故障类型繁多,故障原因也尤为复杂,深究断路器的机械原理,分析断路器的故障原因并提出相应的改进措施对直流系统的正常稳定运行尤为重要。本文对某换流站500kV 3AP2—FI型断路器FA5操动机构的壳体开裂进行原因分析和整改策略研究。通过对异常断路器机构解体检查,基于设备的机械原理分析和解体检查现象,分析得出断路器操动机构壳体开裂是由断路器储能电动机输出功率偏大导致。针对异常原因,本文给出相应的整改措施,并通过试验验证了其可行性和有效性。
Circuit breaker is the key equipment of power transmission system.In the operation of power transmission system,circuit breaker has not only a high frequency and various types of faults,but also particularly complex faults causes.Analysis and corresponding improvement measures of circuit breaker faults are particularly important to the operation of DC system.The failure cause analysis and rectification strategy research on the shell cracking of the FA5 operating mechanism of a 500kV 3AP2—FI circuit breaker in a converter station are carried out.Based on the mechanical principle and disassembly inspection phenomenon analysis,it is concluded that the operating mechanism cracking is caused by excessive power of the energy storage motor.Aiming at the cause of failure,this paper proposes corresponding improvement measures,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the improvement measures is verified by tests.
