摘要
当今“仿古浪潮”和“嫁接风格”的泛滥,显示出建筑风貌的地域性和传承性的缺失,而历史文化风貌区的建筑风貌面临着传承和创新的双重考验,更需要有针对性的、可实施的风貌管控。本次研究借助西安大明宫周边街区的风貌研究,探索历史文化风貌现代公共建筑的风貌控制策略。分析历史风貌基因,结合现代公共建筑的空间需求,总结历史建筑元素与现代公共建筑结合的4种方式,提出建筑风貌分区的“二八原则”策略、风貌结构的“系统控制”策略、建筑立面的“三段控制”策略,以及地标街区的“黑白清单”策略,并为各街区制订建筑风貌图则,对建筑的尺度、高度、色彩、材质、界面等方面提出控制要求。通过以上策略,以期实现兼具传承性与创新性,既能体现地域特征,又能适应全球化下城市功能需求的“旧貌新颜”建筑风貌。
The trend of widespread fake antique buildings showed the lack of historic and cultural features in terms of architectural cityscape.At the same time,the buildings in the areas with historical cultural features faced challenge from both inheritance and innovation.Therefore,an applicable cityscape plan is needed for targeted and feasible control of the features.This paper studies the style and features of the surrounding neighborhoods of Daming Palace in Xi’an to explore the style control strategy of modern public buildings in the historical and cultural scenic areas.Historic cityscape gene was studied and 4 methods were concluded to integrate historic architectural elements and modern public buildings combined with the space requirements of modern public buildings.Then it puts forward the“28 Principles”strategy of architectural style zoning,the“system control”strategy of style and structure,and the“three-stage control”strategy of the building façade,and the“black and white list”strategy of landmark blocks,The architectural style plans are developed for each block,and the control requirements are put forward for the scale,height,color,material,interface and other aspects of the building.Through the above strategies,it is hoped to achieve the old and new cityscape that have both inheritance and innovation,both reflect the regional characteristics and meet the needs of urban functions under globalization.
