Innovation has worked as the top growth driver.A package of innovative ideologies,new theories,and updating requirements have been formulated and launched by General Secretary Xi Jinping to put into practice the innovation-driven development strategy and to build an innovative country since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,which has been served as a fundamental guideline to fuel national technological innovation.
