摘要
区域源网荷储协调系统是提高清洁能源占比、消纳分布式可再生能源的有效组织形式。由于系统中各类分布式可调度资源归属主体不同,在运行中平衡不同主体的利益是需要考虑的重要问题。分析区域源网荷储系统中包含的分布式可调度资源种类及其在不同视角下归属的主体,然后提出平衡不同主体利益的优化运行策略。基于此策略建立以供能成本最小和用电满意度最高为目标的双层优化模型,以能源供应商的供电量与用户用电需求量作为上下层模型的关联变量,并用目标级联分析法对关联变量进行迭代调整至供电量满足用电需求,获得满足不同目标的分布式资源折中运行计划。应用YALMIP建模工具在MATLAB平台上调用CPLEX求解器分别对模型进行并行求解。基于某区域源网荷储系统数据的算例表明,所建立的优化模型及其求解策略能够有效平衡不同利益主体的优化目标。
The regional scale source network load storage coordination system is an effective organization form to in-crease the proportion of clean energy and absorb distributed renewable energy.However,due to the different owner-ships of various distributed resources in the system,balancing the interests of different owners in the operation is an important issue to be considered.This paper analyzes the types of distributed resources contained in the regional scale source network load and storage system and their belongingness in different perspectives,and then proposes the optimal operation strategy of distributed resources to balance the interests of different stakeholders.Based on this strategy,a bi-level optimization model with minimum cost of energy supply and the highest satisfaction of power consumption is established.It takes the power supply of the energy supplier and the power demand of consumers as the correlation variable of the upper and lower level models,the analytical target cascading(ATC)theory is used to adjust the correlation variables iteratively until the power supply meets the power demand,and obtains the distribu-ted resources trade-off operation plan satisfying different goals.YALMIP modeling tool is used to call CPLEX solver on MATLAB platform to solve the model in parallel.An example based on the data of a regional source network load storage system shows that the optimization model and its solution strategy can effectively balance the optimization ob-jectives of different stakeholders.
