转化生长因子β信号通路与先天免疫系统在骨关节炎中调控作用 被引量:1

摘要 骨关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)是一种退行性疾病,中医称其为痹证,确诊多为中晚期,且不可逆转。大量研究显示其病理改变为软骨细胞的退行性改变并伴有关节腔炎症反应,与转化生长因子β(transforming growth factor-β,TGF-β)/Smad信号通路及先天免疫系统关系密切。中医传统疗法疗效确切,掌握骨关节炎发病机制及病程进展,了解中医传统疗法的治病机制,以期能在OA早期及时发现并进行干预治疗,从而改变目前OA临床治疗的被动局面。 Osteoarthritis( OA) is a degenerative disease. Traditional Chinese medicine calls it Bi syndrome,which is mostly diagnosed at middle and late stage,and is irreversible. A large number of studies have shown that the pathological changes are degenerative changes of chondrocytes with joint cavity inflammation. It is closely related to the transforming growth factor-β( TGF-β)/Smad signal pathway and the innate immune system. The pathogenesis and progress of osteoarthritis was mastered. The therapeutic mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine therapy was understood,hoping to timely diagnose and intervene in the early stage so as to change the current passive situation of OA clinical treatment.
