癌相关成纤维细胞的研究进展

摘要 癌相关成纤维细胞(cancer-associated fibroblasts,CAF)是在肿瘤微环境中被激活的成纤维细胞,是许多器官肿瘤进展的关键驱动因素。其可以调节肿瘤细胞增生、侵袭和转移,是肿瘤靶向治疗的新目标。该文现就CAF的起源和标志物,与免疫细胞的相互关系及其在癌症进展中的作用和治疗策略作一综述,旨在为CAF的研究和治疗提供新的思路和依据。
