摘要
半轴零件的法兰盘上通常具有多个圆周均布孔,通常采用立式钻铰方式,无法适用于不同尺寸类型的法兰盘半轴零件,且无法配合机器人上下料。针对这一问题,依据零件的结构特点,设计制造了一种能够适用于多种不同尺寸的法兰盘半轴零件,方便机器人上下料,并在一次装夹下完成钻,锥铰,内倒角三道工序加工的专用工装夹具。使用浮动V形块初定位和双顶尖定位,通过螺杆移位调节夹具适应不同零件长度,提高夹具的柔性化能力。通过油压转角缸夹紧法兰部位,保证夹具夹紧牢靠。法兰盘半轴钻铰锥孔专用夹具的研制,极大地提高了自动化程度,减少劳动消耗,缩短加工时间,提高工作效率,获得更好的经济效益。
The flange plate of half shaft parts usually has multiple circular evenly distributed holes,and usually adopts vertical drilling and reaming method,which is not suitable for different sizes of half shaft parts of flange plate,and can not cooperate with robot loading and unloading.In view of this problem,according to the structural characteristics of parts,a kind of half shaft parts of flange plate which can be suitable for a variety of different sizes is designed and manufactured to facilitate robot loading and unloading.It is a special fixture for drilling,taper hinge and inner chamfering.The floating V-block and double tip are using positioning.The screw displacement adjustment fixture can adapt to different parts length and improve the flexibility of the fixture.The flange is clamped by the hydraulic angle cylinder to ensure the clamp is firm.The development of special fixture for flange half shaft drilling and reaming taper hole greatly improves the degree of automation,reduces labor consumption,shortens processing time,improves work efficiency,and obtains higher economic benefits.
