摘要
针对WTC型瓦斯突出参数仪便携性差、气密性不可靠、测量精度有限等问题,从功能方面,增加了无线传输功能,将井下测定结果实时上传到地面监控中心;从结构和材料方面,一体化的设计使得仪器更便携,仪器整体重量降低了77.5%,且扁平隔缘凸台的设计,使风流沿仪器向上绕流,减小钻屑解吸气体受温度变化的影响;从测量精度方面,结合理论分析,采用新型的压力传感器,将解吸压力测量误差降低81 Pa,提高仪器测量灵敏度。通过在发耳煤矿313204回采工作面进行现场对比考察,在相同时间、相同条件下,优化后仪器所测定的K 1值普遍高于优化前,且精度平均提高12.59%,优化后仪器操作更加便捷,提升了K_(1)值测定的可靠性,保证了突出预测的准确性。
In view of the problems of poor portability,unreliable air tightness,and limited measurement accuracy of the WTC gas outburst parameter meter,from the functional aspect,the wireless transmission function was added to upload the downhole measurement results to the surface monitoring center in real time and from the structure and material aspects,it was integrated.The modular design made the instrument more portable,the overall weight of the instrument was reduced by 77.5%,and the flat flange boss design made the wind flow around the instrument upwards,reducing the impact of temperature changes on the desorption gas of drill cuttings.In terms of measurement accuracy,according to theoretical analysis,a new type of pressure sensor was used to reduce the measurement error of desorption pressure by 81 Pa and the measurement sensitivity of the instrument was also improved.Through field comparison and investigation at the 313204 working face of Fa’er Coal Mine,at the same time and under the same conditions,the K 1 value measured by the instrument after optimization was generally higher than the K 1 value measured by the instrument before optimization,and the accuracy was improved by 12.59%on average,and after optimization,the operation of the instrument was more convenient,the reliability of K 1 value determination was improved and the accuracy of highlight prediction was insured.
