摘要
癌症是全球疾病死亡的主要原因之一。液体活检技术作为一种新型非侵入性的诊断技术,主要检测外周循环系统中的循环肿瘤细胞(CTCs)、循环肿瘤DNA(ctDNA)和细胞外囊泡(EVs)等生物标志物,因其具有连续监测、多个肿瘤同时监测、可重复性、非侵入性等优势,而被逐步应用于临床肿瘤的早期病变诊断、实时监测、个性化治疗、精准药物靶向治疗和预后评估中。本文就液体活检技术在肿瘤诊断领域中的研究进展作一综述,并对该领域的发展趋势进行展望,以期为相关研究和临床诊疗提供思路。
Cancer is one of the leading causes of death from diseases worldwide.As a new non-invasive diagnostic technique,liquid biopsy technology mainly detects circulating tumor cells(CTCs),circulating tumor DNA(ctDNA)and extracellular vesicles(EVs)in the peripheral circulatory system.Because of its advantages of continuous monitoring,simultaneous monitoring of multiple tumors,reproducibility,and non-invasiveness,it has been gradually applied to clinical tumor early lesion diagnosis,real-time monitoring,personalized treatment,precision drug targeted therapy,and prognosis evaluation.This article reviews the research progress of liquid biopsy technology in the field of tumor diagnosis,and looks forward to the development trend of this field,in order to provide ideas for related research and clinical diagnosis and treatment.
