摘要
促使研究生保持心理健康是高校思想政治教育工作的重要内容,是国家培养高质量人才的关键一环。近些年来,由于医学研究生的科研压力带给他们极大的痛苦和烦恼,因而培养积极健康的心理显得极其重要。以积极心理学为视角,归纳积极心理学的主要观点,提出其对于疏解医学研究生科研压力具有重要价值。经问卷调查、实际观察、个人访谈,在安徽医科大学中发现医学研究生因为科研压力表现出了学习倦怠心理、悲观消极心理、情绪不稳定心理。为此在积极心理学的指引以及坚持思想政治教育的原则下,思政课教师和辅导员要担负培养医学研究生积极心理品质的责任,培养其自信坚强,促进快乐体验;乐观开朗,善于辩证思考;创造环境,提倡团队精神。
It is an important content of ideological and political education in colleges and universities to promote the mental health of graduate students,and it is also a key link for the country to cultivate high-quality talents.In recent years,due to the great pain and annoyance brought by the scientific research pressure of medical graduates,it is extremely important to cultivate positive and healthy psychology to cope with it.From the perspective of positive psychology,this paper analyzes the main viewpoints of positive psychology and points out that it is of great value to relieve the pressure of scientific research.Through questionnaire survey,practical observation and personal interview,it is found that medical graduate students in Anhui Medical University show learning burnout,pessimistic and negative psychology and emotional instability psychology due to the pressure of scientific research.Therefore,under the guidance of positive psychology and the principle of ideological and political education,the teachers and counselors of ideological and political courses should take the responsibility of cultivating the positive psychological quality of medical postgraduates,encouraging them to be confident and strong,and promoting happy experience.Optimistic and cheerful,be good at dialectical thinking;Create an environment and promote team spirit.
