摘要
为解决汽车上电子设备全景系统调幅(AM)辐射发射测试超标问题,文章研究了汽车线束串扰原理——近场耦合理论,分析在实车上线束串扰的影响因素,利用仿真软件HFSS进行仿真验证。通过试验和仿真分析可知,增大线束间距离、非屏蔽线束替换为屏蔽线束可以有效抑制线束间串扰,进而解决了线束串扰导致的全景系统AM辐射发射测试超标问题。
In order to solve the problem of amplitude modulation(AM)radiation emission test exceeding the standard of vehicle electronic equipment panoramic system,this paper studies the principle of vehicle harness crosstalk near-field coupling theory,analyzes the influencing factors of harness crosstalk in real vehicle,and uses the simulation software HFSS for simulation verification.Through the test and simulation analysis,it can be seen that increasing the distance between the harness and replacing the unshielded harness with the shielded harness can effectively suppress the crosstalk between the harness,thus solving the problem that the AM radiation emission test of panoramic system exceeds the standard caused by the crosstalk of the harness.
