摘要
医院档案管理是医院管理工作中的重要内容之一。在新医改及配套文件的要求下,对医院治疗管理的各项要求也越来越高。本文分析了医院档案管理的意义、当前医院档案管理过程中存在的问题,介绍了新医改下发展医院档案管理的一些对策。旨在为从事医院档案管理的工作人员提供有价值的参考。
Hospital archives management is one of the important contents in hospital management.Under the new medical reform and the re-quirements of supporting documents,the requirements of hospital treatment management are becoming higher and higher.This paper analyzed the significance of hospital archives management,the problems existing in the current hospital archives management process,and introduced some coun-termeasures to develop hospital archives management under the new medical reform.To provide valuable reference for staff engaged in hospital ar-chives management.
