摘要
通过为被测灭磁开关的每个串联断口提供一个独立的电压源,消除串联断口动作电压相互间的影响,在不断开各串联断口之间连接铜排的情况下,检测各断口的同步性。基于此原理利用STM32F103C8T6嵌入式微控制器研制出了多断口断路器动作时序测试装置,能有效节省大容量机组灭磁开关检修时间,提高工作效率,同时避免铜排反复安装拆卸过程中损坏灭磁回路,降低了检修过程中的安全风险,提高了设备可靠性。
A synchronization checking device with multiple power supplies is developed for the series breaks of de-excitation switch,in which the STM32F103C8T6 embedded microcontroller is adopted.An independent voltage power source is provided for each series break of the de-excitation switch under checking to eliminate the mutual influence of the action voltage.Thus,the synchronization of the breaks can be checked without disconnecting the connection copper bars between the breaks.It can effectively improve the maintenance work efficiency and save the maintenance time of the de-excitation switch in large capacity units.Also,the safety risk of the maintenance process is reduced and the reliability of the device is improved by avoiding damage of the de-excitation circuit caused by repeated installation and disassembly of the copper bars.
