摘要
目的:探讨以PDCA为导向的综合护理对肠梗阻患者生活质量及行为状态的影响。方法:2017年8月-2019年8月收治肠梗阻患者90例,根据入院时间分为两组,各45例。对照组采用基础护理;试验组采用以PDCA为导向的综合护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:试验组干预后乐观、坚韧及力量等心理弹性评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组干预后微笑及平静评分高于对照组,皱眉及闪躲评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组干预后生理功能、心理能力、社交能力、精神/信仰、环境状态等生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以PDCA为导向的综合护理干预,可有效改善肠梗阻患者的心理弹性及行为状态,提高患者生活质量,护理效果良好。
Objective:To explore the effect of PDCA-oriented comprehensive nursing on quality of life and behavior of patients with intestinal obstruction.Methods:From August 2017 to August 2019,90 cases of intestinal obstruction patients were enrolled,they were divided into two groups according to the time of admission,with 45 cases in each group.The control group adopted basic nursing.The experimental group adopted PDCA-oriented comprehensive nursing.The nursing efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results:The psychological resilience scores of optimism,tenacity and strength in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group after intervention,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of smile and calmness of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and scores of frowning and dodge were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of physical function,psychological ability,social ability,spiritual/faith and environmental status of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:PDCA-oriented comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the psychological elasticity and behavior of patients with intestinal obstruction,improve the quality of life of them,and the nursing effect is good.
