摘要
目的:分析小剂量右美托咪定在老年患者椎管内麻醉术中的应用价值。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年12月椎管内麻醉术患者60例,随机数字表法分为两组,各30例。对照组给予生理盐水椎管内麻醉;观察组椎管内小剂量右美托咪定麻醉。比较两组应用效果。结果:观察组给药后30 min及术毕的镇定/警觉(OAA/S)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组给药后30 min及术毕的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组给药后30 min及术毕心率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在老年患者椎管内麻醉手术中给予小剂量右美托咪定,与常规状态下给予生理盐水对比,镇定状态更加理想,术中的循环呼吸参数也较为稳定,综合实施效果较好。
Objective:To analyze the application value of low-dose dexmedetomidine in spinal canal anesthesia for elderly patients.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2019,60 cases of patients who underwent spinal canal anesthesia were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given intravertebral anesthesia with normal saline.The observation group was given intravertebral anesthesia with low-dose dexmetomidine.The application effects was compared between two groups.Results:The OAA/S score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group from 30 minutes to the end of the operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SBP and DBP of the observation group were more stable than the control group from 30 minutes to the end of the operation,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The heart rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group from 30 minutes to the end of the operation,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low-dose dexmedetomidine is given in elderly patients with intraspinal anesthesia.Compared with normal saline,the calm state is more ideal,the circulatory respiratory parameters are more stable,and the comprehensive implementation effect is better.
