摘要
目的:分析硝苯地平控释片联合厄贝沙坦片治疗2型糖尿病合并高血压的效果。方法:2019年2月-2020年7月收治2型糖尿病合并高血压患者92例,随机分为两组,各46例。对照组采用硝苯地平控释片治疗;观察组采用硝苯地平控释片联合厄贝沙坦片治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后尿微量白蛋白(mAlb)、尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、尿素氮(BUN)等肾功能指标水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血压及糖代谢指标水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用硝苯地平控释片联合厄贝沙坦片治疗2型糖尿病合并高血压,可有效降低血压和血糖水平,改善肾功能,且不良反应较少。
Objective:To analyze the effect of nifedipine controlled-release tablets combined with irbesartan tablets in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with hypertension.Methods:From February 2019 to July 2020,92 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nifedipine controlled-release tablets.The observation group was treated with nifedipine controlled-release tablets combined with irbesartan tablets.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The renal function indexes of urinary microalbumin(mAlb),urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER)and urea nitrogen(BUN)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood pressure and glucose metabolism index levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nifedipine controlled-release tablets combined with irbesartan tablets in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with hypertension can effectively reduce blood pressure and blood levels,improve renal function,with less adverse reactions.
