摘要
以羟基丙烯酸树脂为基料制备轨道交通变压器用浸涂阻燃漆,研究了固化体系、阻燃剂、助剂及烘烤工艺对浸涂阻燃漆性能的影响。结果表明:选用低温解封型封闭异氰酸酯和高亚氨基氨基树脂为复合固化剂,无g型氮磷类复合型阻燃剂添加量为20%,丙烯酸酯消泡剂与有机硅流平剂搭配,采用60℃×1h+120℃×1h的烘烤工艺时,浸涂阻燃漆具有优异的综合性能和阻燃性能,可以满足EN 45545-2标准的质量要求。
The flame retardant dipping paint used on transformer of rail transport was prepared by using hydroxyl acrylic resin as base material.The effects of curing system,flame retardant,additives and baking technology on the properties of flame retardant dipping paint were studied.The results showed that:when the composite curing agent of low temperature unsealed blocked isocyanate and high imino resin,halogen-free nitrogen phosphorus composite flame retardant,20% addition,acrylic defoamer and silicone leveling agent were used,and the baking process of 60℃×1h+120℃×1h were adopted,the dip coating flame retardant paint had excellent comprehensive performance and flame retardant performance.The flame retardant performance can meet quality requirements for EN 45545-2.
