油葵联合收获机脱粒装置的设计 被引量:5

摘要 【目的】针对油葵收获时存在脱净率低、破损率大等问题,本研究设计了一种基于油葵联合收获机的油葵脱粒装置.【方法】首先论述油葵联合收获机的总体结构与工作原理,并对该机中脱粒装置的关键部件进行设计与分析,得到各部件的重要关键参数,最终使用油葵联合收获机进行田间试验,验证脱粒装置的工作性能.【结果】通过对油葵联合收获机中脱粒装置关键部件的设计分析,得到了脱粒滚筒的转速为280 r/min,脱粒间隙为24 mm,最后使用油葵联合收获机进行田间试验验证:该机的脱净率为98.56%,籽粒的破损率为2.12%.【结论】该油葵脱粒装置有效地提高了油葵脱净率,降低籽粒破损率,具备良好的脱粒性能. 【Objective】In view of the problems of low removal rate and large breakage rate of oil sunflower during harvest,an oil sunflower threshing device based on oil sunflower combined harvester was designed in this paper.【Method】First,the overall structure and working principle of the oil sunflower combine harvester are discussed,and the key components of the threshing device in the machine are designed and analyzed to obtain important key parameters of each component.Finally,the oil sunflower combine harvester is tested.Verify the performance of the threshing device.【Result】Through the design analysis of the key components of the threshing device in the oil sunflower combined harvester,the speed of the threshing drum is 280 r/min and the threshing gap is 24 mm.Finally,a field test was conducted on the combined harvest of oil sunflower for verification.The removal rate of this machine is 98.56%,and the breakage rate of grain is 2.12%.【Conclusion】The oil sunflower threshing device can effectively increase the oil sunflower removal rate and reduce the seed breakage rate,and has good threshing performance,which can provide a theoretical reference for the development of the oil sunflower combined harvester threshing device.
