摘要
【目的】利用18S rRNA高通量测序技术,研究健康与腹泻犊牛的粪便真菌差异.【方法】利用18S rRNA高通量测序技术对10份腹泻和10份健康犊牛的粪便样本测序分析.【结果】Alpha多样性分析表明腹泻组与健康组两组间物种丰富度与多样性无显著差异(P>0.05).在门的水平上,与健康组比腹泻犊牛粪便中新丽鞭毛菌门相对丰度显著降低,而担子菌门和芽枝霉门显著升高(P<0.05).在属的分类水平上,相较于健康犊牛组,腹泻组中酵母属(Saccharomyces)、盲囊菌属和小脆柄菇属(Psathyrella)相对丰度明显降低,而弯孢属(Curvularia)、赤霉菌属(Gibberella)和耐干霉菌属(Xeromyces)丰度显著升高(P<0.05).【结论】健康与腹泻犊牛真菌间在多个水平存在显著差异,这可能是导致腹泻的直接原因,这也为犊牛腹泻的预防与治疗奠定了基础.
【Objective】To reveal the difference of fecal fungi between healthy and diarrhea calves.【Method】The 18S rRNA high-throughput sequencing technology was used to sequence 10 fecal samples from diarrhea and 10 healthy calves.【Result】Alpha diversity analysis showed that there was no significant difference in species richness and diversity between the diarrhea group and the healthy group.At the phylum level,the relative abundance of Neocallimastigomycota phylum in calf feces of diarrhea was significantly reduced compared with the healthy group,while the Basidiomycota and Blastocladiomycota phylum were significantly increased(P<0.05).At the taxonomic level of genus,the relative abundance of Saccharomyces,Caecomyces and Psathyrella in the diarrhea group was significantly reduced compared to the healthy calf group,while Curvularia,Gibberella and Xeromyces were significantly increased in abundance(P<0.05).【Conclusion】There are significant differences between healthy and diarrhea calves at several levels,which may be the direct cause of diarrhea,which also lays a foundation for the prevention and treatment of diarrhea in calves.
