摘要
目的分析创伤聚焦的认知行为治疗(trauma-focusedcognitive-behavioraltherapy,TF-CBT)干预对听障儿童精神心理的影响。方法选取2018年2月至2020年2月我院治疗的104例听障儿童,随机分为两组,对照组52例,给予常规护理干预,研究组52例,给予TF-CBT干预。观察两组的显效率、焦虑自评量表(self—ratinganxietyscale,SAS)和抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)评分、生活质量评分、患儿家属满意率。结果研究组的显效率为96.15%,显著优于对照组75.00%(P<0.05);两组干预前SAS、SDS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,研究组显著优于对照组(P<0.05),两组干预前生活质量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后研究组的生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组家属的满意率为98.08%,显著高于对照组(78.43%)(P<0.05)。结论TF-CBT干预在听障儿童精神心理治疗中具有很好的效果,可改善患儿焦虑、抑郁等不良心理状态,提高患儿生活质量及家属满意度,值得推广和应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of trauma-focused cognitive-behavioral therapy(TF-CBT)intervention on mental health of hearing-impaired children.Methods 104 cases of hearing-impaired children in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,52 cases in the control group were given routine nursing intervention,and 52 cases in the study group were given TF-CBT intervention.Observing significant rate,SAS,SDS score,quality of life score,and satisfaction rate of patients’family members in the two groups.Result The effective rate of the study group was 96.15%,significantly better than 75.00%of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the study group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the quality of life scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the quality of life score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the family members of the study group was 98.08%,significantly higher than 78.43%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TF-CBT intervention in hearing-impaired children has a good effect,which can improve the patient’s anxiety,depression and other adverse mental state,improve the quality of life of patients,and achieve patient’s satisfaction.It has good clinical significance,and is worthy of promotion and application.
