基于双模式控制的机电传动功率平衡控制模式研究

摘要 针对目前混合动力系统机电功率调控精度差、反应速度慢的缺陷,提出了一种新的基于双模式控制的机电传动功率平衡控制模式,通过对双电机供电进行闭环协调控制,调整二者的供电模式,确保了功率分配的精度和输出稳定性。根据实际应用表明该功率平衡控制模式能够将双电机功率分配精度提升到99.78%,将系统响应时间提升到0.001 s,显著提升了机电传动系统的运行精度和工作稳定性。 In view of the defects of poor precision and slow reaction speed of electromechanical power control in hybrid power system at present,a new power balance control mode of electromechanical transmission based on dual mode control is proposed.The precision and output stability of power distribution are ensured by adjusting the power supply mode of both motors by closed loop coordinated control.According to the practical application,the power balance control mode can improve the power distribution accuracy of double motors to 99.78 and the response time of the system to 0.001 s,which significantly improves the operation accuracy and working stability of the electromechanical transmission system.
